When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process. The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

International orders are welcomed from some selected countries and regions. Shipping rates are dependant upon the country or region via Royal Mail Parcel Force Priority. Please note: Additional customs duties or taxes may be needed to pay upon receiving your order, please check with your local customs office for more information.

Packaging: Your order will arrive flat with a backing board for mounted work to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.

Returns

At Stardust Acrylic Art we understand that purchasing work online can be a considered decision, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any treason you are not satisfied with your artwork you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the purchase price minus shipping costs. Please note: the customer is responsible for returning shipping costs.

Condition of returned items:

Returned artwork must be in its original condition with all packaging materials included. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the artwork has been damaged or altered in any way. Refunds; Refunds will be issued once the returned artwork has been returned and inspected. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to be processed and credited back to your original payment method.
